Geolocalised technical assistance
In order to grant increasingly efficient intervention standards Valgarda offers their customers in Italy a free geolocalised technical assistance which enables to quickly intervene on the breakdowns or malfunctions through a computerised control of the equipment and subsequent technical interventions.
Once the breakdown reporting is received by the customer, a dedicated software sends the communication to the palmtop of the nearest technician and registers, tracks and archives the operations related to the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance on the machinery, with the chance to send to the customer a report on the assistance carried out. Alternatively, it is possible to view the archive of the interventions carried out by accessing to the customer’s reserved area.
Deliveries
Delivery and installation are free throughout Italy.
Valgarda delivers and performs the installation of the equipment ordered at the customer’s premises with no additional cost.
The next deliveries, which are related to the products only, will either be made directly or through qualified and reliable partners among market leader express couriers.
Training and refresher courses
